Value Pull-Through

Lead players in the pharmaceutical industry are faced with a common challenge: Product strategies are standardised globally and fail to consider the complexity and heterogeneity of local market specifics.

While strategies are focused on the value of the product, there is isolated and limited capacity and capability to help teams translate this value for local use.

Therefore, when rolling these out, local organizations might feel like they are fitting a square peg into a round hole.

Our Value Pull-Through (VPT) program helps bridge the gap between global product strategies and local environments.

Our VPT program is composed of three phases:

  1.  Phase I: Identification of local needs and challenges, and definition of local objectives
  2.  Phase II: Tailored didactic and engaging webinars to empower local cross-functional teams to refine global strategies and ambition to match local objectives
  3.  Phase III: Pressure testing of local strategies with external experts

We have long-standing expertise in VPT programs for Medical Affairs and Market Access, amongst others, for both global top 10 pharma companies and mid-sized players.

Ensure Value Pull-Through from Global to Local and vice versa

Taking this little extra time upfront is worth the effort for a smooth rollout, as our value pull-through program will result in local teams:

  • MAXIMIZING use of global material/ tools
  • BUY-IN on global strategic goals and ambitions
  • STRENGTHENING confidence in strategy building and negotiations by focusing on value
  • OPTIMIZING local strategies by testing with external experts
  • ALIGNING cross-functionally and improve cross-functional collaboration
  • MEASURING impact, achievements, learnings and experiences for sharing
