About Patient Affairs

Patient Affairs is now more critical than ever as patient communities are recognized as key stakeholders, uniquely able to provide the patient lived experience, and integral to decision making. Patient needs and preferences must be heard and integrated into healthcare ecosystems and related decision-making, which ultimately will affect their care.

Patient engagement/patient experience data is now a must have, illustrated by recent changes from the FDA (PDUFA/PFDD), EU (JCA) and many HTA agencies.
