Goal

A global biopharma organisation restructured its HEOR* function from a centralized model into a decentralized strategic network spanning global, local, and business unit team.

Client Needs

Strengthen HEOR’s role as a strategic enterprise partner while balancing central guidance vs teams’ ownership and autonomy across the HEOR network.

Task

Support our client in enhancing functional excellence by establishing shared priorities, capabilities, and ways of working across the HEOR network, while preserving local autonomy.
 

* What is HEOR: The Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) function strategically generates evidence across the product lifecycle, enabling informed decision‑making by regulators, payers, physicians, patients and health systems
