HIT Summit 2025: Together for Healthcare Improvement

The 2025 Healthcare Improvement Trailblazers (HIT) Summit, held from June 25–27 in Washington D.C., convened a dynamic and diverse group of healthcare leaders united by a shared mission: to break silos and empower changemakers across the healthcare ecosystem.

The 2025 Cross-Stakeholder Days Outcomes Report, which summarises the first two days of the Summit, illustrates the rich dialogue that transpired on driving meaningful healthcare improvement (HCI), with a keen focus on principles for cross-sector collaboration. The report distils the most compelling insights that emerged during the sessions, serving as a roadmap for continued progress and partnership.
