Rated by our team - Executive Insight again in Vault's top-tier in EMEA
Every year, Vault ranks consulting firms based on reviews from the people who work in them. In 2026, Executive Insight rose to #20 in EMEA, up from #22, earning a top spot for another year.

Employees praised both sides of the firm: the business and the culture. The healthcare consultancy started strong and gained ground across the board.
Strong leadership, sharper outlook
Leadership saw the biggest jump: rank 13 to 6. Business outlook rose from 18 to 8, internal mobility from 18 to 13. Day-to-day project challenge and compensation both trended up from 2025.
Highlights: Culture and diversity
The gains were just as clear on the human side. Inclusion and diversity climbed from 19 to 8, and "Best Consulting Firms in EMEA for LGBTQ+ Individuals" moved up 11 spots, from 20 to 9. The Vault Verdict: This is how the jury put it
“Insiders paint the picture of a friendly, team-oriented, and social culture at Executive Insight. The firm sponsors several activities throughout the year to help consultants connect with each other, such as an annual offsite ski trip. Staffing teams pay close attention to limit overstaffing and overworking to the greatest extent possible (although, at times this can prove difficult given the firm’s growth), and the firm trusts employees to do their work in the way that is best for them.
Consultants can work from home or abroad, and they rarely travel to client sites outside of major events and meetings. When it comes to career development, Executive Insight provides a clear promotion path based on capabilities, not timelines. However, some insiders do see the promotion process as conservative.
Senior staff serve as mentors and provide detailed feedback to support reaching the next level, and the firm provides additional training through both internal and external courses. Consultants also take on client-facing work early, allowing for faster growth. The firm regularly benchmarks its compensation against competitors, and most insiders feel like their comp package provides average market value. Performance-based bonuses are available, but do not make up so much of the package as to introduce uncertainty. The firm offers good medical and dental coverage and subsidizes fitness activities.
As for the firm’s business outlook, insiders say it is very positive – driven by a clear growth strategy, strong leadership, and high employee morale.”
