Career summary

Meike is a German and Swiss citizen who joined Executive Insight in July 2005 in order to focus her career exclusively on the area of customer facing strategies in the healthcare industry. Before, she worked eight years at Deloitte Consulting where she was part of the CRM Life Science practice.

She has deep experience in defining business models and customer strategies. Her special focus is on the design and implementation of new stakeholder and network management approaches in light of the changes & challenges of the European healthcare environment.

She has published a number of articles in various publications on the topics mentioned above.

  • Design of an approach for payer engagement in southern Sweden to optimally prepare for a product launch (“payer deep dive”)
  • Delivery of a negotiation training for the newly built Key Account Management division of a large pharmaceutical company (Germany)
  • Development of a roadmap to build up the new market access function within a country affiliate of a specialized pharmaceutical company (Switzerland)
