Through its dedicated focus on healthcare, Executive Insight has given itself the possibility to further develop and retain deep industry expertise.
The flip side of this strategy is that we might face requests for projects which could potentially result in conflicts of interest. This is especially true in the case of our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
Consequently, to pro-actively guide our conduct in such situations and create transparency with our clients, we abide by the following principles:
- We do not engage in projects of the same nature for competing brands within 6 months after project delivery
- Our consultants do not work for competing brands within 12 months after project delivery
- Any client specific material is treated strictly confidentially and not used outside the scope of the project assignment
- All project specific deliverables are proprietary to the client
- We follow strict security and data privacy guidelines, ensuring organizational and technical separation of client specific information
