For patients, healthcare ultimately comes down to decisions; decisions about when to reach out for help, which doctor to see, what treatment to follow, and how long to adhere to a medication. As healthcare has evolved, this decision-making process has grown increasingly complex, with more doctors, experts, procedures, and drugs to wade through.
It’s no surprise, then, that understanding and collaborating with patient referral networks—the groups of experts best positioned to diagnose, treat, and manage patients within given therapeutic areas—have become critical for pharmaceutical companies to succeed, says Andrea Sobrio, founder of Executive Insight.

Executive Insight and Ni3 AG
Since 2005, Executive Insight AG pursued the development of a customer network mapping solution with a primary focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Over the last couple of years, this innovative solution has been deployed successfully to several leading pharmaceutical companies to support them in the improvement of their CRM systems and further in areas such as KOL management, access management and account management.

The collaboration between Executive Insight AG, Healthcare Consultants and Ni3 AG is secured via license and distribution agreements to provide integrated solutions to existing and future customers.
